Can I book from abroad (USA, UK, Europe or the UAE)?
Yes. Your car is confirmed before you board your flight, and around 70% of our clients are Kenyans living abroad. Pay a refundable reservation deposit within 2 hours of booking (we send a card payment link, or M-Pesa details by WhatsApp, phone or email), then the balance when you see the car, by M-Pesa, bank transfer, credit card or cash. Free cancellation until the car is handed over.
How does JKIA airport pickup work?
Our driver meets you in the arrivals hall with your car. Share your flight details and we track your flight, so you can drive away minutes after landing. No shuttles, no waiting.
What are the payment options?
M-Pesa, bank transfer, credit card or cash, so it is easy to pay from anywhere in the world. No credit card is required for checkout. Within 2 hours of booking you pay a refundable reservation deposit of 30% of the total: we send you a card payment link, or share our M-Pesa details by WhatsApp, phone or email. You pay the balance when you see the car.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free until the car is handed over to you. To change your dates, message us on WhatsApp.
Is everything included in the price?
Everything except fuel, fines and tolls. Your quote shows the full cost: the daily rate, delivery and collection at KES 1,000 each way, a one-time Returned Vehicle Cleaning and Service Fee of KES 1,000, and VAT (value added tax), which our rates exclude, at 16% on its own line, with comprehensive insurance and unlimited mileage on every car. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden tourist taxes or surprise fees.
Can I hire a car with a driver?
Yes. Every car can be booked with one of our professional, vetted chauffeurs, and every car except the Alphard can also be self-drive, within Nairobi and throughout Kenya, including for airport transfers, weddings and business travel. A chauffeur costs KES 4,000 a day within Nairobi or KES 5,000 a day outside Nairobi, plus your driver's food and overnight accommodation on trips away from Nairobi.
Can I take a hire car on a safari game drive?
Only in our Land Cruiser Safari, the game-drive vehicle for the Maasai Mara and other parks. It is the only car in our fleet allowed on game drives; every other car stays on paved roads.
