How to check us before you pay
- Call either of our numbers above and ask for your booking by its reference. A real person answers, day or night.
- Open your booking page from the link we emailed you. It shows your booking, the exact car and every payment we have recorded.
- Before you pay, check the payment details match the ones on your booking page. We only ever use our own M-Pesa, bank account and the card payment link on your booking page.
- You pay a refundable reservation deposit within 2 hours of booking, by M-Pesa or a card payment link, and the remaining balance when you see the car, or a full refund if you aren't satisfied with the vehicle at the delivery inspection.
- Talk to us first: the call button on your booking page reaches our team without a Kenyan SIM.
Something does not look right?
If anyone asks you to pay to other details, or contacts you about a booking from a number not listed here, stop and call us first on either number above. We would much rather take your call than have you lose money.

Do I have to pay before I see the car?
Only a refundable reservation deposit of 30% of the total, within 2 hours of booking, by M-Pesa or a card payment link. You pay the remaining balance when you see the car, or receive a full refund if you aren't satisfied with the vehicle at the delivery inspection. Before you meet it, we send you photos or a video of the actual car you will drive. Cancellation is free until the car is handed over.
